Sample Statement of Work

This Sample Statement of Work (SOW) provides a template that can be used by a lead inventory agency to develop a request for proposal/task order request (RFP/ToR). This SOW, when customized to your national circumstances, can be distributed by the lead inventory agency for a consultant that is contracted to develop emission/removal estimates for the National GHG Inventory.
