NDC Partnership Trends in Country Needs and Partner Support Across the COP31 Presidency Action Agenda

This insight brief examines trends in country requests for support through the NDC Partnership, aligned with the 10 priority themes of the COP31 Presidency’s Action Agenda. Drawing on 2,637 requests from 109 countries since 2017, it explores evolving country needs, emerging priorities and patterns in partner support across areas including zero waste, oceans and seas, food security, climate-resilient cities, clean energy and green industrialization. The analysis highlights where countries are seeking support, how demand is changing and where further assistance is needed to accelerate NDC implementation.
