Energy Efficiency and Functional Performance Requirements for General Service Lamps

This model regulation provides the means for developing and emerging economies to transition general service lamps to more energy-efficient lamps. This model is designed for use by regulatory authorities that are considering a legislative framework to promote energy-efficient lamps, or those that have a legislative framework but have not yet developed regulations for energy-efficient lamps.
